Mugwort Hot Chocolate

  • 200 g Dark Chocolate
  • 1.5 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Demera Sugar
  • 1 handful Mugwort tops
  • 250 ml Oat Milk


  • Finely chop the dark chocolate
  • Add all ingredients to pan and bring to simmer
  • Add mugwort tops and seep in simmering chocolate for 2-3 mins. Keep stirring to ensure chocolate doesn't burn
  • Use fine meshed sieve to remove mugwort and serve
